Returns & Refunds:

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We must then receive your returned item/s within 14 days of your request.

If your item has arrived damaged in transit please contact us.
Please email with photos of the damaged product. We will then start the returns process.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, we please ask that your item or items are:

  • Unused
  • In the original packaging.

You’ll also need your order number or proof of purchase. 

Return Shipping

You are responsible for covering your own shipping costs when returning your item to us. We advise you to obtain sufficient insurance to cover any loss or damage that may happen during the return shipment, as these shipping costs are non-refundable. Please be aware that we do not provide insurance for your returned items; in the event of damage during return shipping, you will need to reach out to your courier service to seek reimbursement for any damages incurred.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like bespoke & special orders & are non-refundable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We are not able to cancel your order for a bespoke item once it has been placed.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We will be unable to process your return if unwanted items are returned to us damaged.



The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.



We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
